It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Department of English at the Faculty of Education, which is considered one of the fundamental pillars in preparing teachers capable of keeping pace with the requirements of the modern age and contributing effectively to the development of the educational process. The Department seeks to prepare specialized English language teachers who possess distinguished linguistic, pedagogical, and research competencies that qualify them for effective teaching at various levels of education.
The Department is committed to offering balanced academic programs that integrate theoretical and practical aspects, with a strong emphasis on developing the four language skills, equipping students with modern teaching methodologies, and employing educational technologies in accordance with quality assurance and academic accreditation standards. The Department also places great importance on fostering scientific research skills, teamwork, and professional and ethical values among students.
